Through the reciprocating movement of two sets of jaw plates, moving jaw and fixed jaw, the material is squeezed, rubbed, and crushed in the crushing cavity to achieve the purpose of crushing. In recent years, to meet the needs of crushing high-strength and high-hardness mines such as metallurgy, mining, and construction, a powerful jaw crusher has been specially developed.

Features Of Jaw Crusher

Optimized deep cavity crushing, large inclination angle of elbow plate, large stroke, and reasonable rotating speed make the feed size larger, high output, and more uniform particle size;
Digitally analyze the operation of each component, and process heavy eccentric shaft, high manganese steel jaw plate, and high cast steel moving jaw assembly with forging blank. The crushing ratio is as high as about 15, and the production efficiency is greatly improved, which is 20-35% higher than that of ordinary jaw breaking in the same specification.
Adopting the traditional basic design principle of compound pendulum, the structure is simplified, easier to operate and maintain;Special centralized lubrication system, easy replacement of parts, faster lubrication, less maintenance workload.
