Bauxite, also known as alumina and monohydrallite, is mainly composed of aluminium oxide, specifically the hydrated alumina with impurities--- a kind of earthy mineral. It is white and offwhite and sometimes it presents isabelline and light red because of the iron content in it. The Moh's hardness is 1-3. The opaque bauxite is brittle, hard to fuse and insoluble in water. It is mainly used to produce aluminum, fireproofing products and abrasive substance. Besides it can be seen in such fields as military industry, spaceflight, telecommunication, instrument, machinery and medical machine production.

Working Process

The complete equipment of grinding production line is mainly composed of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, silo, vibration feeder, main machine of grinding machine, fan, powder collector, bag dust collector and so on. When the machine is working, the bulk material is broken by the jaw crusher to the particle size suitable for entering the mill, which is sent to the bin through the bucket elevator. The vibration feeder at the bottom of the bin evenly sends the material into the main machine of the mill for grinding. After grinding, the fine powder that meets the particle size requirements enters the powder collector with the air flow through the analysis machine, and is discharged through the discharge valve at the bottom of the powder collector. The coarse powder that does not meet the size requirements is returned to the grinding chamber for re-grinding.
