The Introduction Of Ball Mill

The ball mill is suitable for grinding various ores and materials, widely used in mining, construction, and chemical industries.   It can be classified into dry and wet grinding methods.Materials are put in cylinder through the feed opening and then thoroughly grinded. The falling course of iron balls and ores can produce huge falling impact and autogenous grinding.Our company's ultrafine ball mill offers numerous advantages.   It features a new sealing design with a pulse bag filter at the air outlet, achieving a dust collection efficiency of 99.9%.   The main pressure parts are sealed, effectively creating a dust-free processing workshop.

Features Of Ball Mill

  • The fine-grinding ball mill can operate in dry, wet, or vacuum modes. It can be used for mixing, fine grinding, small sample production, and product testing. It allows for the simultaneous sampling of four different materials and serves as an ideal tool for new material development and essential equipment for small-scale grinding production;
  • The ultrafine ball mill adopts complete rolling friction transmission between metal wheels and wear-resistant polymer wheels, minimizing noise and wear. It eliminates the gear breakage and damage that may occur in gear-driven ball mills, significantly extending the service life;
  • During operation, the ultrafine ball mill can easily adjust the discharge granularity. It is equipped with an internal fineness control device and can be combined with a screening device for dual quality control. It ensures no over-grinding and prevents substandard products from mixing with finished ones;
  • The ultra-fine ball mill and classifier form a closed system, which is transported under negative pressure, and the dust is small, which reduces the harm to the human body.
