Working Process

Because the quartz content of quartz stone is as high as 94%, quartz crystal is a natural mineral whose hardness is second only to diamond in nature, and its surface hardness can be as high as 7.5 on the Mohs scale.Therefore, jaw crushers, cone crushers, and impact crushers are usually used for crushing quartz stones.
Quartz stones are sent to the raw material warehouse by forklift or dump truck, and then evenly fed to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder, and the material is crushed to a particle size of about 150mm, and then transported to the cone crusher by a belt for further crushing, the crushed materials are classified by the vibrating screen, and the 0-5mm materials are sent to the wheel bucket sand washing machine through the belt conveyor,  and then sent to the finished product stockpile after being washed with water.
Materials >30mm are sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing and then classified by the vibrating screen to form a closed loop.
Materials with a diameter of 5-30 mm are sent to the centrifugal impact sand-making machine for crushing through a belt conveyor.
The crushed materials are classified by a vibrating screen, and materials with a size of 0-5 mm are washed with water and then sent to the finished product pile.  The crushed materials that do not meet requirements are sent to the centrifugal impact sand-making machine for crushing to form a closed loop until the material meets the specifications of the finished product, and then send to the finished product stockpile after washing.
