Working Process

Due to the dense, hard, and high strength of basalt, jaw crushers, cone crushers, and impact crushers are usually used for crushing basalt.
The basalt raw material is sent into the raw material warehouse by a forklift or a dump truck and then evenly fed into the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder, and the material is crushed to a particle size of about 150mm, and then conveyed to the cone crusher through a belt for crushing.
The crushed material is classified by a vibrating screen, and the 0-5mm material is sent to the wheel bucket sand washing machine through a belt conveyor, and then sent to the finished product stockpile after water washing.
Materials >30mm are sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing and then classified by the vibrating screen to form a closed loop.
Materials with a diameter of 5-30 mm are sent to the centrifugal impact sand-making machine for crushing through a belt conveyor. The crushed materials are classified by a vibrating screen, and materials with a size of 0-5 mm are washed with water and then sent to the finished product pile. The materials that do not meet the need are sent it to the centrifugal impact sand-making machine for crushing again, forming a closed loop until the material meets the specifications of the finished product. After water washing, the materials are sent to the finished product stockpile.
