Working Process

First, the bulk materials are transported by trucks or excavators to the vibrating feeder, and then the vibrating feeder evenly sends them into the crushing cavity of the jaw crusher for primary crushing. After the material is crushed by the jaw crusher, the particle size becomes 80-140mm.
We choose impact crushing as the secondary crushing equipment. Due to the advantages of impact crushing such as large capacity, high output, and standardized product particle shape when crushing medium-hard materials, it is widely used among customers.
After secondary crushing by impact crushing, the particle size of the material has basically reached the customer's requirements. The processed material will first be sent to the vibrating screen by a belt conveyor to screen out products of different particle sizes. At this point, the entire stone crushing and screening production line is completed.
