Working Process

Because river pebbles have the characteristics of high hardness and high silicon content, jaw crushers, cone crushers, and impact sand-making machines are mostly used for crushing river pebbles.
River pebbles are sent to the silo by the dump truck, and the materials are evenly fed into the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder to prevent the material from impacting the crushing cavity and causing damage to the equipment, while also avoiding the situation of overloading and stuffy occur.
The jaw crusher performs primary crushing, crushing the material to a particle size of about 250mm; and the crushed pebbles are evenly sent to the cone crusher through a belt conveyor for secondary crushing.
The second crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen. The crushed material larger than 31.5mm is returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing through the belt conveyor, and the material below 31.5mm is divided into 0-10mm and 10-30mm materials, which are conveyed to the finished material by the belt conveyor.
