Recently, Greatwall Machinery’s 1000TPH high-calcium limestone crushing production line project in Changzhi, Shanxi has completed full equipment shipment, and the on-site equipment installation work is now steadily advancing. Focusing on high-calcium limestone processing, the project can produce both metallurgical flux limestone and high-quality construction aggregates, serving as a typical high-efficiency limestone crushing production line that realizes comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.

According to the brittle and easily crushed characteristics of high-calcium limestone, the project adopts hammer crushing as the core technology, equipped with complete feeding, conveying and multi-stage screening systems. The integrated solution of crushing production line and sand-making production line supports large-scale and continuous production. It ensures finished products with regular particle shape and stable quality, meeting the dual application requirements of metallurgical raw materials and construction aggregates.

During the manufacturing stage, all equipment was strictly produced and inspected in accordance with project process standards and on-site working conditions. Optimized for the high-abrasion working environment of limestone processing, the complete equipment features stable operation, convenient maintenance and durable performance. All machines were fully loaded and delivered on schedule to ensure timely project progress.

At present, ZS Heavy Industry’s professional technical team has arrived at the project site. Following standardized construction specifications, the team is conducting equipment hoisting, positioning installation, pipeline connection and pre-commissioning inspection.
