The Introduction Of pulse-jet bag filter

DMC pulse jet bag filter is a new generation of bag filter, which is developed on the basis of the original DMC pulse filter, using foreign technology for reference, and combining with the actual situation of small air volume single machine dust collector in China. The dust remover adopts the high-pressure (0.5~0.7MPa) large flow pulse valve and Venturi filter bag by bag injection cleaning technology, which has the advantages of high ash removal rate, especially its online ash removal characteristics. The continuous operation of the dust remover overcomes the shortcomings of the original mechanical vibration shutdown. It can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials, non-metallic mineral processing, grain, pharmaceutical and other industries. The filter material of the machine generally uses polyester needle felt, and the discharge concentration is less than 50mg/nm3. When using high-grade filter material, it has superior efficiency than any other dust remover in collecting 0.3-2um dust. The control system of the machine adopts pulse injection controller to realize automatic control of ash cleaning.

This series of bag filter selects excellent PPS filter material to make dust removal bag, and uses its chemical characteristics to meet the needs of high temperature flue gas treatment of power plant boilers, so as to ensure the dust removal effect
In order to ensure the dust removal effect of this series of dust removers, this series of dust removers adopts off-line pulse jet cleaning in chambers, with high dust removal efficiency and more thorough dust removal
The fine sand recovery system can recover 85% of the total discharge of fine particles, which has incomparable technical and economic advantages with other equipment.
The electrical control is divided into automatic and manual. The control program can be adjusted on site to change the pulse injection cycle, and the operation is flexible
