The first stage: crushing and screening
Large pieces of copper ore are uniformly sent to jaw crusher or coarse crushing mobile station (primary crushing) for coarse crushing by vibrating feeder through silo; After the coarse crushed copper ore is screened by vibrating screen, it is sent to the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (secondary crushing) by belt conveyor for intermediate crushing; The copper ore material after intermediate crushing is sent to the multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing;
The second stage: grinding
The 0-12 mm copper powder screened by the vibrating screen is evenly sent to the pulverizer for grinding, and screened by the spiral classifier. Those that do not meet the requirements are sent to the pulverizer for further grinding;
The third stage: mineral processing
The copper powder meeting the requirements is sent to the flotation machine for mixed flotation, and then the obtained copper powder is sent to the dryer for drying to obtain copper concentrate.
