Working Process

The iron ore processing and production process mainly includes three processes: crushing, grinding and beneficiation.
Crushing and screening
Large pieces of iron ore are uniformly sent to jaw crusher or coarse crushing mobile station for coarse crushing by vibrating feeder through silo; After the coarse crushed iron ore is screened by vibrating screen, it is sent to the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by belt conveyor for intermediate crushing; The iron ore materials after intermediate crushing are sent to the multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing;
Milling
The 0-12 mm iron powder screened by the vibrating screen is evenly sent to the pulverizer for grinding, and screened by the spiral classifier. The unqualified iron powder is sent to the pulverizer for further grinding;
magnetic separation
The iron powder meeting the requirements of mineral processing is sent to the magnetic separator for high-intensity magnetic separation and magnetic separation to remove impurities;
drying
The iron concentrate can be obtained by feeding the obtained iron powder into the dryer for drying.
