Working Process

Crushing: coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing of the mined large lithium ore to meet the requirements of subsequent processes for ore particle size. This step usually uses jaw crusher, cone crusher and other equipment.
Milling: the crushed lithium ore will be sent to the grinder for deep milling treatment, so that the useful mineral particles in the ore can be dissociated from the monomer for separation. The grinding operation usually forms a closed cycle with the classification equipment.
Separation: separation of useful minerals, gangue minerals and different useful minerals in lithium ores by flotation, magnetic separation or gravity separation. Flotation is the most commonly used method. By adding reagents and adjusting pulp conditions, useful minerals can be attached to bubbles and float out.
Product treatment: dehydrate and dry the sorted lithium concentrate to obtain qualified lithium concentrate products. Tailings are stored and treated.
