Gold ores refer to the minerals having gold elements or gold compounds. For gold ore beneficiation, there are multiple stages including crushing, grinding, classification and separation. Firstly, by crushers, raw gold ores can be crushed into little particles. Next, those particles would be sent into grinding mills to be ground into fine powders. Finally, through specific beneficiation methods such as gravity separation and flotation, gold concentrates can be got.

Working Process

The gold ore processing and production process mainly includes three processes: crushing, grinding and beneficiation
First stage I: crushing and screening
Large gold ores are uniformly sent to jaw crusher or coarse crushing mobile station for coarse crushing by vibrating feeder through silo; After the coarse crushed gold ore is screened by vibrating screen, it is sent to the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by belt conveyor for intermediate crushing; The gold ore material after intermediate crushing is sent to the multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing;
Second stage: Milling
The 0-12 mm gold powder screened by the vibrating screen is evenly sent to the pulverizer for grinding, and screened by the spiral classifier. Those that do not meet the requirements are sent to the pulverizer for further grinding;
Third stage III: mineral processing
In the beneficiation process, due to the different types and properties of gold ores, the beneficiation methods used are also different, but gravity separation, flotation, mercury mixing, cyanidation and now the resin pulp method, carbon pulp adsorption method and heap leaching method are widely used to extract gold. For some kinds of ores, the combined gold extraction process is often used.
