Large manganese ores are uniformly sent to jaw crusher or coarse crushing mobile station for coarse crushing by vibrating feeder through silo; The manganese ore after coarse crushing is screened by vibrating screen and sent to single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by belt conveyor for medium crushing; Manganese ore materials after intermediate crushing are sent to multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing;
2. milling
The 0-12 mm manganese powder screened by the vibrating screen is evenly sent to the pulverizer for grinding, and screened by the spiral classifier. The unqualified manganese powder is sent to the pulverizer for further grinding;
3. mineral processing
The manganese powder meeting the mineral processing requirements is sent to the magnetic separator for high-intensity magnetic separation to remove impurities, and the manganese powder obtained is sent to the dryer for drying to obtain manganese concentrate powder.
