Spiral classifier is one of the mineral processing equipment. It uses the principle of different specific gravity of solid particles and different precipitation speed in liquid to carry out mechanical classification. Specifically, when the slurry enters the tank of the spiral classifier, under the action of gravity, the coarse-grained materials will rapidly settle to the bottom of the tank, while the fine-grained materials will be suspended in the slurry to form overflow. The spiral body rotates slowly under the drive of the transmission device to continuously push the coarse particles settled at the bottom of the tank upward until they are discharged from the upper part of the tank and returned to the mill or enter the next process for reprocessing; The fine particles suspended in the slurry are discharged from the overflow port with the flow of the slurry and become the final classification product.
